This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies for designated products to surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and unit objectives.
• Attain quarterly and yearly revenue and unit targets for assigned products and tissue services.
• Distinguish Artivion products by utilizing clinical data, conducting in-services, and regularly participating in cases.
• Acquire new clients by reaching out to cardiac and vascular surgeons.
• Provide in-services to operating-room staff on the safe and efficient use and advantages of Artivion products.
• Encourage target customers to join medical education and Artivion sales and marketing events.
• Report all product complaints by midnight on the day they are received.
• Sustain and enhance selling prices across product lines with customers in the designated territory.
• Attend medical and Artivion training sessions as needed.
• Relay territory requirements, trends, and issues to the Region Manager.
• Adhere to corporate policies and standards of conduct.
• Maintain expense reports, lead follow-ups, and open purchase orders according to corporate guidelines.
• Support sales team members with knowledge transfers regarding products and surgeon/account history.
• At least 3 years of experience in O.R. medical device sales.
• Proven history of consistent sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent skills in communication, listening, organization, administration, and time management.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
