This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Drive significant patient outcomes by utilizing scientific knowledge and acting as the primary liaison for clients within the designated territory.
• Work in collaboration with Account Executives, leaders from Integrated Delivery Systems, and fellow team members as part of the local Customer Team.
• Build and nurture relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare practitioners.
• Interact with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
• Formulate and implement a territory-specific business plan that aligns with corporate policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Keep updated on product knowledge and maintain necessary certifications for the company’s offerings.
• Conduct balanced and compliant discussions about product sales with healthcare providers and business professionals.
• Provide management with insights on customer demands, market dynamics, and progress toward quality objectives.
• Remain informed about headquarters-approved information regarding company products, diseases, and market conditions.
• Track business performance against objectives utilizing company tools.
• Support the Cape Girardeau, MO territory encompassing Cape Girardeau, Farmington, Sikeston, Poplar Bluff, Jackson, and Festus.
• Travel as required, including approximately 25% overnight travel for client meetings and territory management.
• S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant experience may encompass professional sales, marketing, military service, or roles in healthcare/science such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Capable of analyzing complex data and formulating strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving market conditions and customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional ability to cultivate and sustain customer relationships.
• Must reside within the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro areas, or within 75 miles for non-metro areas; otherwise, willing to relocate at personal expense.
• Preferred experience in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
• Preferred experience in analyzing metrics to assess progress toward objectives.
• Preferred minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Preferred background in cardiovascular sales with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists.
• Preferred experience in launching products and succeeding in competitive markets.
• Ability to distill complex information and effectively communicate technical details.
• Proficient in advanced analytics to derive customer insights and enhance sales.
• Comfortable utilizing multi-channel tools and technologies to broaden sales reach and impact.
• Proactive approach to learning and an agile growth mindset.
