This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive significant patient impact by utilizing scientific knowledge and acting as the primary customer liaison in the designated territory.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, leaders of Integrated Delivery Systems, and field colleagues as part of the local Customer Team.
• Build and nurture relationships with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Engage with physicians' offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
• Create and implement a territory-specific business plan.
• Keep updated on product knowledge and maintain company portfolio certifications.
• Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions in accordance with product labeling.
• Provide management with insights on customer needs, market trends, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Stay informed about headquarters-approved details regarding products, diseases, and the marketplace.
• Monitor business performance against goals utilizing company tools.
• Travel within the Lancaster, PA territory, with overnight travel required approximately 25% of the time as necessary.
• Support client meetings and ensure comprehensive coverage of the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant work experience for S1.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience for S2.
• Relevant experience may include professional sales, marketing, military service, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Capability to analyze complex data and formulate strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
• Must reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro territories, or within 75 miles for non-metro territories; otherwise willing to relocate at personal expense.
• Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
• Experience in analyzing metrics to assess progress towards goals.
• Cardiovascular sales experience with established connections to cardiologists and endocrinologists.
• Experience in launching products and thriving in competitive markets.
• Ability to simplify complex information and clearly communicate technical details.
• Skilled in advanced analytics for customer insights and sales growth.
• Comfortable utilizing multichannel tools and technology.
• A current driver’s license is required due to job conditions.
