Cardiology Program Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Strategically identify, develop, and implement programs that influence providers, members, or market leadership toward establishing value-based relationships and enhancing quality metrics.

• Create initiatives aimed at fostering value-based relationships.

• Collaborate with leaders on the planning of implementation.

• Analyze and communicate the results of programs.

• Provide strategic advice to executives on functional strategies, often tailored to specific segments, concerning significant issues.

• Utilize independent judgment and decision-making skills to navigate complex matters.

• Assess various factors and identify the optimal course of action.

• Operate with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Eight or more years of technical experience.

• At least two years of experience in project leadership.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access).

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in relationship-building.

• A passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Preferred: PMP certification.

• Preferred: Six Sigma Certification.

• Preferred: Knowledge and experience within a healthcare environment or managed care.
