This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement business strategies for the territory to enhance Flyrcado's market share.
• Collaborate with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac facilities, mobile imaging, DOD, and VA establishments to promote Flyrcado.
• Identify key business and functional relationships within Imaging and Cardiology referral networks.
• Assess competitive challenges to the adoption of Flyrcado.
• Analyze local customers, payers, competitors, and stakeholders to meet access and sales objectives.
• Achieve or surpass Flyrcado sales forecasts and volume targets.
• Meet quarterly and annual operational plans, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics.
• Position Flyrcado effectively through clinical expertise, marketing resources, and educational initiatives.
• Provide guidance to imaging centers and cardiologists regarding the Cardiac PET market and facility implementation.
• Establish relationships with referring cardiologists to influence decisions that promote Flyrcado usage.
• Prioritize initiatives and high-impact opportunities utilizing performance dashboards.
• Work in conjunction with market access teams on payer contract execution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists on product delivery and educational efforts.
• Engage in pre-call planning, question formulation during calls, virtual selling, cold outreach, and face-to-face customer interactions.
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage agreements, and ensure compliance with pricing standards.
• Predict territory orders and sales, providing weekly progress updates.
• Represent GE HealthCare at healthcare conferences and seminars.
• Drive overall business growth for GE HealthCare as appropriate.
• Foster a compliant and ethical workplace culture.
• Undertake additional projects and initiatives as needed.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• Over 5 years of sales experience within a healthcare setting.
• Experience in contracting and engaging with physicians and office personnel.
• Proven track record of sales achievements.
• Experience in developing, organizing, and executing territory plans.
• History of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience in entering new accounts, markets, and overcoming competition.
• Proficient in prospecting, lead qualification, sales techniques, and negotiations.
• Willingness to live within the designated territory.
• Capability to undertake at least 30% overnight travel as required by the position.
• Availability for occasional weekends, typical of trade show participation.
• Preferred experience in a highly matrixed environment and managing large accounts.
• Desired knowledge of Nuclear Medicine and the Nuclear Cardiac Industry.
• Experience with product launches and P&T Committees is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing tasks.
• Capability to mentor junior CPAMs as requested by management.
• Analytical skills to utilize internal reporting for managing account plans and spotting growth opportunities.
• Ability to apply both traditional and innovative problem-solving methods.
• Proficiency in building rapport and relationships with colleagues and external contacts, including physicians and office staff.
• Ability to achieve goals while adhering to regulatory compliance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
