This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the prompt adoption and expansion of GE HealthCare's cardiac imaging agent, Flyrcado, for PET myocardial perfusion imaging.
• Create and implement territory business strategies to enhance Flyrcado's market presence.
• Collaborate with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac facilities, mobile imaging, DOD, and VA institutions.
• Identify referral channels, influence networks, affiliations, competitive challenges, and market possibilities.
• Perform regular business assessments of customers, payers, competitors, and stakeholders.
• Achieve quarterly and annual operational objectives, as well as customer satisfaction and retention targets.
• Position Flyrcado through clinical knowledge, marketing resources, and educational initiatives.
• Guide imaging centers and cardiologists on cardiac PET implementation, equipment, and workflows.
• Cultivate relationships with referring cardiologists to enhance Flyrcado recognition and usage.
• Focus on high-impact prospects and utilize performance dashboards to direct sales activities.
• Partner with market access teams on payor contract execution and satisfaction.
• Work alongside pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists for product delivery and training.
• Engage in pre-call planning, in-call inquiries, virtual selling, cold outreach, and live customer engagements.
• Provide pricing strategies, negotiate prices, manage contracts, and ensure pricing compliance.
• Forecast territory orders and sales while submitting weekly progress updates.
• Represent GE HealthCare at healthcare conferences and seminars.
• Propel total business for GE HealthCare in alignment with HCS and National team objectives.
• Uphold a compliant and ethical organizational culture.
• Complete additional projects and initiatives as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• Over 5 years of sales experience within a healthcare setting, including experience with contracting and engaging physicians and office staff.
• Demonstrated track record of sales achievement, including the development, organization, and execution of territory plans, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals, and penetrating new accounts, markets, and competition.
• Expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations.
• Experience in selling or leading within a highly matrixed environment and managing large accounts is preferred.
• Willingness to reside within the designated territory.
• Capability to perform at least 30% overnight travel based on business requirements, including some weekends.
• Knowledge of the Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry is desirable.
• Experience with product launches and P&T Committees is preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Capability to mentor less experienced CPAMs and oversee special projects within the commercial sector.
• Analytical skills to utilize internal reports for managing account plans and identifying growth patterns and opportunities.
• Ability to employ both traditional and innovative problem-solving methods.
• Talent for building rapport and relationships with colleagues and external contacts, including MDs and office staff, at all levels.
• Capacity to achieve goals while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
