This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Prepare clients for the implementation of Keystone by planning card products, configuring card databases, and handling card conversion data.
• Collect and analyze development specifications and interfaces via conversion data.
• Collaborate closely with clients and work alongside Card Analysts and the Conversion departments.
• Serve as the main point of contact between Card Services and Development.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the KeyStone product and the card conversion processes.
• Conduct card mapping, set up cards, and gather specifications with guidance from senior Card Analysts.
• Analyze and document client products, services, and processes to ensure that the core offerings meet client requirements.
• Facilitate installations and test new versions of card-related interfaces and application software.
• Diagnose issues and recommend product enhancements to safeguard clients against errors.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• Between three to twelve months of relevant or comparable experience.
• An associate degree OR completion of a specialized course at a business or trade school OR completion of specialized training courses provided by equipment vendors OR job-specific skills obtained through on-the-job training or an apprenticeship program.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Understanding of basic concepts related to card processing networks.
• Familiarity with the card conversion process, including network balancing, certification testing, card conversion exception reports, and card validation.
• Knowledge of basic technical specifications for custom items.
• Capability to gather and analyze development specifications and interfaces through conversion data.
• Ability to adhere to team, division, and established procedures.
