Car Wash Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Oversee, prioritize, and fulfill numerous service requests assigned by the GN Maintenance Manager.

• Execute general repairs and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism at all times.

• Address urgent maintenance requests during non-business hours.

• Maintain car wash facilities across New England.

• Service and maintain car wash equipment, HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation systems, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and both interior and exterior lighting.

• Collaborate with the GN Maintenance Manager regarding call prioritization and the ordering of maintenance supplies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• Previous experience in construction trades or a facility management role is essential.

• Knowledge of hydraulics/plumbing, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems is preferred.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

• Capability to independently execute the listed duties and responsibilities.

• Proficient in managing, prioritizing, and completing multiple service requests.

• Willingness to respond to urgent maintenance calls outside regular business hours.

• Availability for a rotating on-call schedule every three weeks, covering all seven days of the week.

• Must provide personal hand tools.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in using email and internet-based dispatching applications employed by Nouria Energy.
