Capture Manager – Public Sector, Intelligence, System Integrators

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and cultivate new business opportunities in large, intricate cybersecurity projects.

• Establish repeatable go-to-market strategies for new products and service offerings.

• Collaborate effectively with Field Sales Representatives, Presales Engineers, Professional Services, Product Managers, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, and various other Trellix teams.

• Identify target opportunities and build a joint sales pipeline.

• Lead long-term capture efforts and provide accurate forecasts.

• Foster relationships with customers and partners at all levels, with a focus on C-level executives.

• Innovate and develop sales go-to-market strategies and methodologies.

• Generate content for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and white papers.

• Design high-impact presentations that showcase Trellix’s business and value proposition.

• Report directly to the Vice President of DoW/IC/SI.

• Achieve and surpass assigned pipeline and bookings targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of Capture experience in selling solutions, products, and services.

• Proven experience in selling to major accounts within DoW/IC/SI.

• Exceptional writing skills with experience in responding to substantial government RFIs/RFPs/BAAs and white papers.

• A track record of success in managing and closing large, complex deals involving software, hardware solutions, and/or services.

• Expertise in business development, particularly in collaboration with sales teams.

• Must hold U.S. citizenship.

• Strong presentation abilities to effectively communicate complex security solutions to all levels within Trellix and with clients.
