This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and proactively enhance the likelihood of success for contracting opportunities throughout the entire lifecycle and across various contract vehicles.
• Implement capture strategies for pre-qualified opportunities, ensuring alignment with winning tactics and customer needs.
• Perform research, analyze opportunities, and evaluate competitors.
• Expand Mind Computing’s repository of knowledge regarding key clients identified.
• Facilitate internal gate reviews and status updates; ensure capture documents are thorough and actionable.
• Work alongside solution, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to develop compliant and engaging responses.
• Aid in developing teaming strategies, coordinating with partners, and engaging subcontractors.
• Assist in formulating pricing inputs, win themes, and value proposition creation.
• Keep organized documentation and reporting throughout the capture lifecycle.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and ensure accurate, up-to-date CRM data.
• Contribute to assigned projects and initiatives.
• Must reside in the continental US, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Washington DC metro area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of direct, hands-on experience in full-cycle capture management or federal capture support.
• Experience with VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies is preferred.
• Working understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions.
• Experience in capture gate reviews and color team processes.
• Familiarity with federal health IT sectors including application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of contributing to team goals and assuming additional responsibilities.
• Shipley or APMP certification is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Previous Government/Federal experience.
• Experience with projects using SAFe/Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must be able to obtain a government clearance.
• Selected candidates will need to undergo fingerprinting at a government facility and a background check.
