Capture & Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation and implementation of VSolvit’s Alliant 3 task order strategy.

• Develop and maintain the Alliant 3 task order pipeline.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities that align with VSolvit’s expertise.

• Create a systematic capture and opportunity review process.

• Assess forthcoming Alliant 2/3 task orders and recompetes.

• Formulate opportunities and capture strategies focused on the Navy.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and technical leadership teams.

• Achieve tangible milestones within the initial 90-day program.

• Proven experience with Alliant 2/3.

• Background in federal IT business development.

• Experience in pipeline development.

• Expertise in capture management.

• Capability to independently establish and manage a program in a dynamic environment.
