Capture & Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation and implementation of VSolvit’s strategy for Alliant 3 task orders.

• Construct the Alliant 3 pipeline from inception.

• Develop qualification and capture methodologies.

• Establish a consistent rhythm for recognizing and pursuing opportunities.

• Create and oversee the Alliant 3 task order pipeline.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities that align with VSolvit’s strengths.

• Set up a systematic review process for capture and opportunities.

• Assess forthcoming Alliant 2/3 task orders and recompetes.

• Formulate strategies for Navy-centered opportunities and captures.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and technical leadership teams.

• Achieve quantifiable milestones during the initial 90-day program.

• Significant experience with Alliant 2/3.

• Background in federal IT business development.

• Expertise in pipeline development.

• Proven experience in capture management.

• Capability to independently establish and manage a program in a dynamic environment.
