Candidate Sourcing Specialist – Construction & Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out candidates for construction and engineering positions in the U.S., such as Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Field Engineers, Surveyors, Superintendents, and Estimators.

• Initiate candidate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and various sourcing tools.

• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and interest.

• Determine candidate suitability in relation to U.S. market standards and job specifications.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and future U.S. job openings.

• Work in partnership with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers.

• Deliver sourcing updates, pipeline reports, market analysis, and lists of pre-qualified candidates.

• Keep precise records in the ATS or recruiting CRM.

• Remain updated on U.S. construction and engineering labor markets, including certifications, licenses, and compliance issues.

• Enhance sourcing strategies by utilizing performance metrics and facilitating process improvements, documentation, reporting, peak hiring periods, and special projects.

• Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and confidentiality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in candidate sourcing within the construction and/or engineering sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting hiring within the U.S.

• Comprehensive understanding of construction and engineering job roles, terminology, and career trajectories.

• Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capacity to work during overlapping U.S. business hours.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow through.

• Experience with staffing agencies or RPOs that cater to the U.S. market (preferred).

• Knowledge of ATS platforms, such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, and iCIMS (preferred).

• Experience sourcing for large-scale construction projects or EPC firms (preferred).
