Candidate Outreach Associate Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct 100–120 outbound calls daily to shortlisted candidates from the database/ATS

• Provide candidates with information about the role, company, location, shift, and key highlights

• Evaluate candidate interest, respond to basic inquiries, and handle common objections

• Assist interested candidates with interview scheduling or profile submission

• Keep precise call logs and update candidate statuses in the tracker/ATS

• Follow up via call, WhatsApp, or email until the interview or offer stage

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment/HR team to understand role priorities

• Inform the recruitment/HR team about candidate response trends

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills in both English and the local language

• Clear speech, courteous tone, and confident phone manners

• Intelligent, quick learner who can quickly understand job details and explain them clearly

• Comfortable with making numerous outbound calls each day and managing rejection in a professional manner

• Basic computer proficiency, including Google Sheets/Excel, email, and WhatsApp

• Previous experience in BPO, telecalling, sales, or recruitment outreach is advantageous but not required for interns

• Experience in IT/non-IT staffing or recruitment coordination is a plus

• Familiarity with ATS tools or candidate tracking sheets is beneficial
