Candidate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate candidates for high-volume light industrial positions utilizing Seek, Tecside's database, and Seek Talent Search.

• Establish and sustain a qualified candidate pipeline specifically for the south Brisbane area.

• Perform initial phone/video screenings prior to client interviews.

• Verify candidate availability, right-to-work status, ticketing, and geographical compatibility.

• Organize interview scheduling in collaboration with the Brisbane recruiting consultant.

• Provide a consistent flow of qualified candidates to the desk on a daily basis.

• Keep JobAdder current with candidate records, registration statuses, and interview outcomes.

• Expand sourcing efforts into fabrication and construction trades as the desk grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or resourcing, preferably in blue-collar, industrial, or high-volume contract staffing.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a daily delivery focus.

• Strong instincts for candidate screening, including the verification of availability, right-to-work status, tickets/licenses, and geographical fit.

• Proactive and organized in approach to building a candidate pipeline.

• Quick adaptability to new CRM and sourcing tools.

• Excellent and professional communication skills.

• Familiarity with JobAdder and Seek is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Availability to work from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday through Friday.

• Willingness to complete BIR self-registration as part of the pre-employment process.

• Capability to provide documentation for device specifications, internet speed, equipment, and work setup.

• English proficiency test result is required.

• Personality test result is required.

• A video introduction and a one-minute sample call are required.
