Campus Staff Minister – Northwest International Student Ministry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strive for spiritual growth as a disciple of Jesus Christ, ensuring that your life and work increasingly embody a deepening love for God, His Word, His diverse people, and His purposes globally.

• Foster a culture of humble reliance on God and confident anticipation of His plans to establish new witnessing communities across the campus and in new locations.

• Equip students and faculty to strategically engage with the campus and share the good news of Jesus effectively.

• Build a network of supporters, including churches and individuals (such as alumni and community members), who will contribute to the ministry through financial resources, prayers, or volunteering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for Campus Staff Ministers (CSMs) assigned to a four-year institution.

• An Associate’s degree is the minimum requirement for CSMs appointed to a two-year college or community college.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty members.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.
