This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the entire university recruiting strategy and enhance the campus program experience from start to finish.
• Foster a consistent, year-round pipeline of early-career talent across various locations.
• Manage the complete candidate lifecycle from the first contact to full-time onboarding.
• Conduct ongoing outreach aligned with academic schedules and business requirements.
• Strengthen partnerships with key university stakeholders.
• Identify and source talent through university programs, competitions, specialized research labs, open applications, and referrals.
• Assess candidates for their long-term career potential in AI, engineering, and business roles.
• Assist hosting managers with project scoping, check-ins, and evaluation documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, scheduling, and program logistics across different locations.
• Regularly check in with early-career hires and hiring managers to address challenges and monitor retention.
• Foster a cohesive cross-site culture through demonstrations, social events, and speaker/learning sessions.
• Facilitate onboarding kickoffs, mid-program evaluations, and company-wide presentations.
• Contribute to creating a hands-on, highly visible atmosphere for early-career talent.
• 3-5+ years of experience in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition.
• Ideally, experience in high-tech, hardware, AI, or robotics sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with university career centers, research labs, student organizations, and academic leaders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing logistics, events, and candidate tracking across multiple sites.
• A strong passion for enhancing the candidate experience.
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with business leaders, campus partners, and students.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
