Campground Operations Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist and enhance the performance of General Managers within Team Outsider’s network of campgrounds.

• Deliver expertise, operational guidance, and unwavering accountability to General Managers.

• Convert company strategy into actionable plans executed daily across all properties.

• Promote enhancements in Google Reviews, Team Member NPS, and overall financial performance.

• Ensure that properties uphold distinct visions, strategies, priorities, and measurable performance metrics.

• Advance the development of General Managers through coaching, constructive feedback, and skill enhancement.

• Confirm that the right individuals are positioned in appropriate roles with defined expectations and accountability.

• Elevate hospitality standards, streamline guest-facing processes, and improve service delivery.

• Foster greater adherence to operating standards, processes, systems, and guest experience benchmarks.

• Recognize challenges, implement solutions, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Cultivate trust and alignment among on-site teams and Home Office collaborators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in multi-site or multi-unit operations (hospitality, franchise, retail, or similar fields).

• Strongly preferred experience in campground, RV, or outdoor hospitality.

• Proven experience in developing and mentoring on-site leadership.

• A robust mindset focused on operational execution and performance.

• Preferred background in fast-growth or scaling environments.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but substantial relevant experience may substitute.

• Willingness to travel 30% of the time to various properties.
