Campaigns Outreach Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute outbound calling campaigns to promote services, events, and partner offerings.

• Strive to achieve activity and engagement targets.

• Monitor, document, and communicate campaign performance metrics with relevant stakeholders.

• Keep precise and current records in the CRM system.

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with third-party partners.

• Identify and assist in the development of new business opportunities across both internal and external teams.

• Attend events as necessary to aid outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

• Provide general assistance to the broader team, including performing additional tasks as required.

• Engage with existing members through targeted outreach campaigns.

• Promote pertinent services, events, and opportunities.

• Ensure the community remains informed and engaged.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate business growth and engagement.

• Report directly to the Head of Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Confident telephone demeanor; experience in outbound calling is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer skills.

• Flexibility to switch between different campaigns.

• Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Ability to meet daily outbound call targets.

• Self-driven and resilient.

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
