Campaign Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Assist with Shopper Marketing initiatives funded by Retailers and CPGs utilizing Avery Dennison's proprietary shelfAdz® media solution.

• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities for one or more client accounts and focus areas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery, and production.

• Cultivate strong relationships with process owners across both client and Avery Dennison functional areas.

• Strategically plan, organize, and manage project timelines until completion.

• Convey clear and realistic expectations to both internal and external cross-functional team members.

• Guarantee error-free deliverables and exceptional client experiences.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and oversee day-to-day client relationship management.

• Address and resolve inquiries or issues from clients and internal partners.

• Assess when to escalate concerns and suggest solutions to Senior Sales Support and Sales Operations management.

• Identify inefficiencies or inaccuracies in processes and measure performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and quality goals.

• Provide recommendations for best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent related business experience and/or training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• 2–3 years of relevant business experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in the media/retail promotions industry is advantageous.

• Exceptional oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively present information to clients, employees, and management.

• Capability to work independently while demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.

• High service-level orientation paired with outstanding attention to detail.

• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• CRM experience is beneficial.

• Final candidates must successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
