This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned campaigns, from initiation to post-launch evaluation.
• Collect and document client campaign requirements while validating campaign briefs.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings with both internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee and update the marketing calendar for designated clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding campaign status, delivery, and any escalations.
• Handle campaign setup, trafficking, troubleshooting, quality assurance coordination, and optimization.
• Create and manage campaign deployments, which include subscriber data, audience segmentation, email scheduling, and distribution.
• Submit and monitor campaigns in Workfront/Jira while upholding documentation standards.
• Assist in planning A/B and multivariate testing.
• Recognize process inefficiencies and enhance operational workflows.
• Produce campaign and process documentation, including specific work instructions for clients.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, and quality issues to prevent missed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure campaigns are accurate, delivered on time, and maintain proactive communication with clients.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in campaign management, account management, or project management roles.
• Required knowledge of email marketing best practices, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget).
• Experience with new client implementations is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and client deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in a direct client-facing position is a must.
• Background in an agency or corporate in-house agency setting is preferred.
• Preferred experience with SendGrid, Mailchimp, Alterian, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or other ESPs.
• Preferred knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement frameworks.
• Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Workfront or Jira is preferred.
• Understanding of email template development and journey orchestration principles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL fundamentals or other database technologies is a plus.
