Campaign Fundraising Manager – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive growth in peer-to-peer fundraising across multiple regions to meet revenue and participant recruitment targets.

• Implement fundraising strategies and campaign plans to support revenue increases and enhance participant engagement.

• Build and maintain relationships with fundraisers.

• Conduct outreach through phone, email, and virtual channels to recruit participants and stimulate fundraising efforts.

• Coach and assist fundraisers in achieving and surpassing their fundraising objectives.

• Monitor the performance of campaigns, track important metrics, and provide revenue forecasts and updates on progress.

• Collaborate with regional teams to uncover opportunities for recruitment, engagement, and revenue growth.

• Recruit, nurture, and support fundraisers throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

• Manage and engage fundraisers to optimize their involvement, retention, and fundraising results.

• Offer resources, tools, incentives, and continuous support to fundraisers.

• Acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of fundraisers.

• Promote a positive volunteer experience and strengthen long-lasting connections to Blood Cancer United.

• Maintain a solid understanding of the organization's mission and programs.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, or event planning.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management systems.

• Knowledge of digital, social media, and emerging online platforms.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable with cold calling.

• Detail-oriented with sound professional judgment.

• Ability to work full-time, 35 hours per week.
