This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer outreach and selection by identifying and inviting leading creators to engage in campaigns.

• Curate recommendations of top creators for clients, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.

• Coordinate partnerships with influencers, which includes negotiating terms, establishing campaign specifics, supervising content approvals, managing product distribution, and processing payments.

• Assist Campaign Managers with project management tasks.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics.

• Gather platform analytics to derive insights and enhance campaign learning.

• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and strategies.

• Collaborate on influencer and social media campaigns across a varied portfolio of enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related disciplines.

• Exceptional organizational skills and proven resourcefulness.

• Proficient in communicating and presenting information effectively and succinctly, both internally and with clients.

• Proactive in proposing and executing new ideas.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.
