Call Center – Trabajo Desde Casa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to existing Claro customers to offer equipment upgrades and enhancements to their home service.

• Participate in an 11-day training program, consisting of 6 days of theoretical instruction and 5 days of practical application.

• Engage in the OLAS campaign for Claro Perú through inbound and outbound calls.

• Work full-time or part-time from Monday to Saturday.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center sales.

• A personal computer or laptop.

• Operating system: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset.

• Camera must be turned on during training sessions.

• RUC and Clave SOL required for initial hiring.

• Secondary education is required.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

• Professional experience: less than 1 year.
