This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist the Medicare Sales team to guarantee the precise and prompt distribution of information that contributes to the sale of new and renewed Medicare health plans.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound calls made by sales agents.
• Assess agent demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service quality, tone, vocal inflections, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• 1-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in the insurance sector.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to apply logic and reasoning to assess the strengths and weaknesses of each call and the performance of sales agents.
• Professional, organized, and a self-motivated individual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional active listening skills.
• Attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
