Call Center Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers via phone and chat.

• Assist customers in determining the appropriate next steps with minimal obstacles.

• Pose specific questions to clarify objectives, limitations, and missing information.

• Address straightforward issues when suitable to minimize unnecessary transfers.

• Implement SOPs and workflow logic in customer situations.

• Utilize AI-assisted intake and routing tools as support for decision-making.

• Produce clear documentation and ensure accurate handoffs to subsequent teams.

• Keep internal systems organized with complete and accurate data.

• Offer insights on workflows and identify gaps or exceptional cases.

• Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries while upholding accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

• Participate in ongoing process enhancements.

• Assist in ensuring customers connect with the right team swiftly and enjoy a seamless first interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer operations, intake, support, or coordination roles is beneficial.

• Familiarity with SOPs, CRMs, or workflow tools is advantageous.

• Preference for those comfortable using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows.

• Possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn.

• Capability to manage high volumes while maintaining attention to detail.

• Confidence in using multiple systems and tools simultaneously.

• Flexibility in situations that do not conform neatly to a script.

• Ability to critically evaluate processes and implement improvements.
