Call Center – Full Time – Comisiones SIN TOPE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to Claro customers to facilitate the renewal of their mobile devices.

• Provide enhanced benefits during the renewal process.

• Offer additional lines to customers.

• Present mobile protection insurance options.

• Deliver customer support and handle commercial management throughout the call.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Have a minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center environment.

• Sales experience is a plus.

• Own a personal PC or laptop.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or higher.

• A minimum of 8 GB RAM is required.

• Wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps.

• Headphones/headset with USB input are necessary.

• Must have a suitable workspace for remote work.

• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and verbal fluency are essential.

• Availability to work during specified hours.

• High school education is required.
