Call Center – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to existing Claro customers to offer equipment upgrades and enhancements to their home service.

• Engage in theoretical and practical training for a duration of 11 days.

• Operate in a fully remote work environment.

• Adhere to Full Time or Mini Full schedules from Monday to Saturday.

• Enjoy Sundays off.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months of experience in Call Center sales.

• Access to a PC or laptop.

• Operating system: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Headphones with USB connectivity.

• Camera must be on during training sessions.

• RUC and Clave SOL required.

• Completion of Secondary Education.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

• Less than 1 year of professional experience.
