Call Center – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current Claro customers to offer equipment upgrades and enhancements to their home service.

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales in the telecommunications sector.

• Participate in an 11-day training program: 6 days of theoretical training and 5 days of practical application.

• Keep the camera on during the training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center sales.

• A PC or laptop.

• Windows 10 operating system.

• Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Headphones with USB input.

• Camera must be on during training.

• RUC and Clave SOL registration.

• Secondary education completed.

• Availability to work Monday through Saturday.

• For Full Time: work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• For Mini Full: 6 hours daily, either from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
