This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Handle incoming phone calls for customer support.
β’ Make outbound calls as needed to assist customers.
β’ Log all communication in ticketing and tracking systems.
β’ Address customer inquiries and deliver information within specified timeframes.
β’ Serve as the intermediary between the claims department and providers.
β’ Investigate customer claims using primary payer systems.
β’ Maintain the highest standard of customer service on every call.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned or required.
β’ Report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
β’ Operate within an inbound call center dedicated to UST customers.
β’ High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ 2-3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare claims operations or a call center setting.
β’ Previous experience in a healthcare call center or customer service role.
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
β’ In-depth knowledge of covered benefits, coding, reimbursement policies, and contracts.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
β’ Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is preferred.
β’ Capacity to work across different time zones in a hybrid or remote work setting.
β’ Candidates may need to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check.
