Call Center Agent - Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients via phone to facilitate the renewal of their mobile devices with enhanced benefits.

• Provide an additional line and mobile protection insurance.

• Engage in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center Sales.

• Positions available for Lima and other provinces.

• Must have a PC or Laptop.

• Operating System: Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be on during training (Mandatory).

• Secondary education required.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.
