This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with Claro Perú customers

• Enhance their plans through promotions and discounts

• Provide telephone assistance and guidance

• Participate in remote training sessions

• Work in inbound and outbound services within the telecommunications sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education

• Phone support experience

• Customer service skills

• Ability to provide advice

• Less than 1 year of valued professional experience

• Availability for full-time or semi-full schedules

• Willingness to work on Sundays and holidays as per designated rest periods
