Asesor Call Center – Home Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage calls related to portability or fixed lines for Claro

• Operate in a home office/remote work setting

• Engage in 20 days of paid training

• Adhere to the established management schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in a call center

• Access to a PC or laptop

• Wired internet connection exceeding 50 Mbps

• Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor

• At least 8 GB of RAM

• USB headset

• Completion of secondary education

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
