CAD Draughtsman, Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Produce precise technical drawings and layouts utilizing AutoCAD

• Create 3D models and design concepts with SketchUp

• Prepare construction prints and comprehensive project drawings

• Support landscape architecture and landscape design initiatives

• Draft and arrange areas in alignment with project specifications and design concepts

• Convert innovative ideas and concepts into functional drawings and layouts

• Work collaboratively with the design team to enhance and finalize project plans

• Amend drawings based on feedback received during the project

• Guarantee that drawings are accurate, detailed, and fulfill project criteria

• Offer creative ideas and design solutions for ongoing projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD

• Demonstrated experience with SketchUp

• Excellent drafting and technical drawing abilities

• Proven experience in accurately laying out spaces and areas

• Capability to interpret project specifications and convert them into drawings

• Strong focus on detail and precision

• Solid understanding of construction drawings and prints

• Background in landscape architecture or landscape design

• Experience in drafting construction prints

• Proven track record of working within a design or architecture team

• Familiarity with construction and building layouts
