This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the design and implementation of innovative features and enhancements for a state-of-the-art Autonomous Software platform.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable C# code.
• Lead and manage the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, system architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee the integration of Autonomous software with sophisticated hardware components.
• Perform advanced testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to foster improvement and innovation.
• Lead code reviews and advocate for coding standards.
• Contribute technical insights to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in software development, with a considerable focus on senior or leadership positions.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#.
• Demonstrated success in architecting, developing, and maintaining complex software applications.
• Extensive experience with software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.
• Profound understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven capability to lead and manage multiple complex projects concurrently, with a keen attention to detail.
