📋 Description

• Assess material needs and generate purchase orders that align with project requirements.

• Choose suppliers based on available information and approved vendor lists.

• Work collaboratively with suppliers to verify purchase order terms and guarantee on-time delivery.

• Track open orders and address any delays or discrepancies that arise.

• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to present alternatives for constrained materials.

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate billing processes.

• Utilize ERP reports to evaluate procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or buying positions, preferably within the construction or energy sectors.

• Strong expertise in ERP systems and procurement reporting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with effective time management abilities.

• Knowledge of sourcing principles and supplier assessment.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship at any time.
