Business Unit Manager – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Base ERP Business Unit (BU)

• Accountable for the P&L and defining the product's strategic direction

• Develop the business roadmap and prioritize initiatives

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Finance teams

• Define the long-term vision, positioning, and commercial approach

• Discover and execute new revenue opportunities

• Facilitate structural integration choices between Base ERP and the Asaas platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading SaaS enterprises or complex products (ERP, NFe — electronic invoicing, Financial Management)

• Demonstrated P&L management experience and understanding of financial metrics (revenue, margin, LTV/CAC)

• Familiarity with pricing strategies and offer models (freemium, bundles, plans)

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.)

• Capability to convert strategic priorities into actionable decisions

• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership (C-level / Executive Board)

• Performance-oriented mindset with an emphasis on KPIs

• Preferable experience with integrations to e-commerce platforms and indirect sales channels

• Background in growth-stage technology firms
