Business Unit Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the global P&L and financial performance for designated customer accounts

• Create and implement growth strategies that enhance revenue and profitability

• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with customers

• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements

• Promote operational excellence and guarantee the fulfillment of customer commitments and SLAs

• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic business planning sessions

• Manage and cultivate high-performing teams while influencing cross-functional colleagues

• Discover new business opportunities and advocate for continuous improvement initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required

• Over 8 years of experience in business, manufacturing, operations, finance, or account management

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role

• Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships, P&L responsibilities, and driving business growth

• Strong financial knowledge, negotiation abilities, and executive presence

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related fields is preferred

• An MBA or Master's degree is preferred
