Business Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Leads or co-leads project initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through collaboration with both business and IT.

• Utilizes a prescriptive methodology that includes benchmarking, customer journey mapping, process flows, current state gap analysis, strategy mapping, financial optimization, organizational change management, and governance.

• Oversees and tracks key performance metrics while implementing improvement strategies.

• Manages direct employee personnel matters and processes, such as performance management, appraisal procedures, development planning, and career progression.

• Supervises non-exempt direct reports, distributing workload, monitoring quality, and providing coaching to associates.

• Works collaboratively with internal teams and departments to inform them about the department's functions and to transfer social service inquiries.

• Provides training to associates on both new and existing processes.

• Facilitates and participates in staff meetings.

• Reviews, updates, and develops training materials.

• Ensures that business operations adhere to state and federal regulations.

• Conducts service organization research, data entry, and gap assignment/fulfillment.

• Performs additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management.

• Preferred qualifications include Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridge’s Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, and PMP.
