Business Transformation Analyst

📋 Description

• Facilitate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth goals and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand business requirements and synchronize transformation activities with organizational objectives.

• Aid in the design and execution of transformation programs alongside cross-functional teams.

• Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate processes, improve decision-making, and expedite innovation.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement impactful AI use cases in collaboration with technology and business leaders.

• Employ analytical rigor to assess challenges, devise solutions, and guide decision-making.

• Promote adoption and cultural alignment through effective change management and stakeholder involvement.

• Collaborate with leadership to establish success metrics and track progress toward transformation goals.

• Monitor outcomes, manage risks, and integrate continuous improvement into transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Certification as a Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

• A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in business analysis and data analysis, or a comparable combination of education and experience is necessary.

• Experience in applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in collaboration, influence, and communication are essential.

• Must be analytical, innovative, and adept at navigating ambiguity in complex organizational settings.

• Familiarity with large language models and AI applications is beneficial.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and interpretive capabilities are required.

• Effective time management and organizational skills are necessary.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
