This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for business process analysis with stakeholders to map existing end-to-end processes.

• Identify gaps and opportunities for optimization across people, processes, and technology.

• Collaborate with Dayforce configuration leads to ensure recommended process changes align with platform best practices.

• Create and deliver clear, engaging presentations that convert analysis into actionable recommendations.

• Engage directly in ongoing process optimization initiatives from the first day.

• Work with leads to present optimized processes to clients for their approval.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to confidently lead discussions.

• Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients.

• Ability to extract requirements from stakeholders who may not fully understand their needs.

• Energetic and confident as a workshop facilitator.

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to quickly integrate into a large, fast-paced team.

• Experience in business process optimization or organizational change management.

• Essential understanding of Dayforce and its core functionalities (Core HR, Workforce Management, and Payroll).

• Experience in designing and delivering polished presentations for stakeholders.

• Bilingualism (French/English) is preferred; English-only proficiency is acceptable.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in business process consulting.

• Reliability Status security clearance is required.

• To be eligible for security clearance, candidates must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder).
