Business Systems Manager – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering professional growth.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into scalable technological solutions.

• Propel process enhancement initiatives utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft tools, such as Power BI and Power Automate.

• Work in conjunction with the Internal Project Manager, Solutions Delivery Manager, and AI Strategy & Adoption Manager to facilitate strategic technology initiatives.

• Create and sustain documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.

• Guarantee data integrity, system security, and adherence to internal policies.

• Track performance metrics and continuously refine system usage and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce and/or Microsoft-based business systems.

• Solid understanding of process design, automation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Background in leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with AI adoption strategies is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Salesforce (Admin or Advanced Admin certification is preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
