This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +8 more locations.
β’ Take ownership of the business systems intake process and prioritize requests from Sales Ops, Finance, Channel, Product, and Marketing.
β’ Lead agile delivery processes, which include sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
β’ Convert operational requests into user stories that include clear and testable acceptance criteria.
β’ Collaborate with the Business Systems Software Engineer to establish infrastructure and DevOps practices, encompassing environments, deployment pipelines, testing, and rollback procedures.
β’ Ensure data quality across core systems through audits, data cleanup, and continuous monitoring.
β’ Develop and maintain context libraries for engineering tasks.
β’ Work together with Salesforce and NetSuite/Celigo administrators to route requests and diagnose issues related to data integrity.
β’ Transform business requirements into detailed specifications while ensuring proper architecture and data-flow decisions are validated.
β’ Balance the delivery of rapid MVPs with the long-term goals outlined in the systems roadmap.
β’ Update quoting, dynamic pricing, and subscription management systems, including the Pulse subscription model.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, or revenue operations, with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce and NetSuite.
β’ Proven experience in establishing or enhancing DevOps practices, including environments, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and release management, particularly in a small or resource-limited team.
β’ Expertise in auditing and improving data quality along with the ability to implement ongoing data checks.
β’ Adept at distinguishing between configuration fixes and re-architecture, with the capability to write clear and precise specifications.
β’ A history of converting ambiguous business challenges into structured, prioritized backlogs with well-defined acceptance criteria.
β’ Experience in leading agile delivery from start to finish, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
β’ Practical experience in deploying production work using AI development tools.
β’ Familiarity with subscription and entitlement mechanics, including proration, true-forward reconciliation, and co-terming.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience in technical product environments.
