Business Operations Intern, Undergraduate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge about various processes and functions within the Managed Care sector.

• Contribute to projects that enhance strategic initiatives, improve business performance, boost operational efficiency, and enrich member, provider, and employee experiences.

• Assist in areas such as project management, process enhancement, business analysis, operational excellence, workforce planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness.

• Explore different job roles and career paths within Managed Care.

• Utilize academic knowledge while developing new skills through engaging project work.

• Relay project status and outcomes to staff mentors and management.

• Participate in training and development sessions.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college throughout the duration of the internship.

• Preferably pursuing studies in a discipline related to the hiring department.

• Ability to actively participate in projects and effectively communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management.
