Business Systems Analyst, CRM/Low-Code

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Set up sections, objects, reference data, and product catalogs for retail, corporate, Islamic, and private banking sectors.

• Create and develop comprehensive business processes using the BPMN designer.

• Design dynamic case flows for leads, referrals, and opportunities.

• Develop Freedom UI screens, forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Configure roles, organizational structures, and access rights at the record and field level.

• Engage in fit-gap workshops and gather requirements from business subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Convert requirements into use cases and identify existing product solutions for identified problems.

• Create proof-of-concept screens and demonstrations for client presentations and presales activities.

• Draft and maintain configuration documentation.

• Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configurations delivered.

• Collaborate with the solution architect and developers to navigate the intersection between configuration and custom development.

• Present completed work directly to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a systems or business analyst in enterprise system implementations (CRM, ERP, BPM, ECM).

• Experience in implementation rather than support or data analytics.

• Proficiency in BPMN at the design level, including end-to-end processes with gateways, parallel branches, timers, and escalation.

• Fundamental understanding of relational data modeling: tables, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, lookups, and normalization.

• Practical configuration experience on a low-code CRM or BPM platform such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, Camunda, Appian, Mendix, Bitrix24, Odoo, 1C, or similar.

• Experience in configuring role models and access rights.

• Direct client-facing experience in conducting workshops, demonstrating work, and capturing and confirming requirements.

• Technical aptitude to read SQL queries, comprehend REST APIs and JSON, and review logs.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.

• Experience with Creatio or possession of a Creatio Academy certification is preferred.

• Knowledge of the banking or financial services domain is preferred.

• Experience working at a systems integrator delivering to corporate clients is preferred.

• Quality assurance background on implementation projects is preferred.

• UX sensibility for business applications is preferred.

• Bilingual or experience with RTL interfaces is preferred.
