This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily administration of HubSpot across CRM and marketing, encompassing campaigns, lists, workflows, lifecycle stages, data management, and new configurations.
• Assist the Marketing and Sales Development teams by converting business requirements into scalable system solutions and dependable processes.
• Develop and sustain an understanding of data flows within CRM, quote-to-cash, ERP, and the data platform.
• Evaluate the downstream effects of proposed changes and identify dependencies, risks, and data quality issues across interconnected systems.
• Collaborate with business unit presidents, general managers, functional leaders, technical partners, and system users to collect requirements and produce documentation, user stories, and actionable tickets.
• Assess and prioritize incoming requests, resolve issues within your purview, and delegate execution tasks to the appropriate global administration resources.
• Clarify vague requests and assist stakeholders in defining desired outcomes, requirements, and priorities.
• Facilitate system integrations and onboarding processes for new business units related to the CRM or marketing technology stack.
• Create and maintain system documentation, operating standards, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system adoption, data integrity, workflow efficiency, and user experience.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in business systems, CRM administration, revenue systems, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot administration across both CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and analyze data flows, integrations, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating business needs into precise documentation, user stories, or technical tickets.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
• Capacity to work US business hours in a remote setting.
• Experience in a multi-entity, acquisitive, private-equity-backed, or B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with marketing operations concepts, including lists, workflows, lead lifecycle management, and data hygiene.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, an integration platform like Workato, data hygiene tools such as Insycle, or reporting tools like Lightdash.
• Final candidates must successfully pass a background check.
