Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business requirements across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.

• Convert business needs into process flows, functional specifications, and system configurations.

• Ensure standardized processes and documentation are maintained across various plants/sites.

• Engage in ERP implementation activities, encompassing testing, training, and deployment support.

• Provide support for Epicor Kinetic modules, including Manufacturing, Inventory, MRP, and Finance.

• Work collaboratively with IT and technical teams on reporting, data validation, and issue resolution.

• Assist plant operations teams in enhancing production reporting, data precision, and system utilization.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, training sessions, and preparation of end-user documentation.

• Monitor project tasks, action items, and follow-ups throughout implementation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or manufacturing-related role is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Epicor is preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (shop floor operations, inventory, or supply chain).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to learn rapidly and convert business needs into organized documentation.

• Internship or practical experience in supporting ERP implementation or system improvements.

• Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboards.

• Understanding of manufacturing environments or operational workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel 50–75% to assist with onsite implementations, training, and go-live activities.
