Business Support Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the vendor onboarding process.

• Prepare JLL-vendor contracts for signatures.

• Collaborate with vendors to gather and evaluate data for Supplier Business Reviews.

• Perform risk assessments on vendors and identify patterns that could affect operations.

• Leverage JLL and Supply Chain systems to acquire and assess data for actionable insights.

• Thoroughly examine Supply Chain processes to pinpoint opportunities for simplification or enhancements.

• Partner with real estate analysts, transactions professionals, and other team members.

• Acquire exposure to various business sectors in commercial real estate and Supply Chain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate students majoring in supply chain management or other business-related disciplines.

• Capability to think independently and work autonomously.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Solid analytical abilities with an interest in data analysis.

• Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Strong familiarity with PCs, Windows, Internet applications; proficiency in Word and Excel is essential.

• Quick to learn new software and applications.

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
