This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide exceptional administrative support across the team's operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Address inquiries and support requests related to DofE delivery and operational procedures.
• Manage and document inquiries and complaints in accordance with DofE policies and procedures.
• Assist with data gathering, reporting, and analysis, identifying trends and potential risks.
• Generate reports and assist with information requests.
• Maintain precise records and ensure robust administrative processes.
• Support initiatives for continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance services and resources.
• Stay informed about developments in the DofE programme and eDofE systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK through various projects and working groups.
• Provide assistance to other areas of Business Support as needed.
• Process and oversee licensing activities for Licensed Organisations throughout England, including license modifications and terminations.
• Manage verification processes for the Gold Award and handle related inquiries.
• Support Gold Award Celebration events, including managing guest invitations.
• Offer advice and assistance concerning licensing, Gold Award approvals, and celebration events.
• Create adult and demonstration accounts within eDofE in compliance with safeguarding requirements.
• Handle complaints and incidents, escalating them when necessary.
• Prior experience in an administrative capacity.
• Experience in providing customer support and using customer service platforms.
• Confidence in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Proven problem-solving skills within an administrative context.
• Experience in maintaining accurate records and managing information with precision.
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficient literacy and numeracy skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Proactive and positive demeanor with a willingness to assist colleagues.

• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check required.
