Business Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop market maps and perform targeted searches for key business positions.

• Craft personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, relevant communities, and various other platforms.

• Initially assess candidate interest, availability, and basic fit, then ensure a smooth handover to the recruiter.

• Analyze response rates, positive feedback, and screening conversion to enhance targeting and messaging strategies.

• Grasp the role requirements, map the market effectively, design the search process, compose outreach messages, and utilize response data to refine outcomes.

• Collaborate with the recruiter from the initial briefing to candidate handover, making adjustments to the search strategy when evidence indicates a need for change.

• Engage directly with recruiters and decision-makers throughout the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical sourcing experience or strong evidence of your ability to quickly master the necessary skills.

• Search strategies and Boolean logic that you have personally developed.

• Outreach messages you authored and refined based on the quality of received responses.

• A candidate pipeline you created from scratch for a challenging position, including insights on what did not work and modifications made.

• Numerical accountability for response rates, positive responses, screenings, and subsequent conversions.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Consistent and disciplined follow-up practices.

• A willingness to question and challenge weak search assumptions.

• Candidates must reside in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain.
